Amidst the captivating landscapes of SVOLVAER, NORWAY, a new chapter in architectural excellence was penned through the collaborative efforts of 3D.Serviz, Concrete Architects from Amsterdam, Vindveggen Arkitekter AS, and IceCube Video Production. This innovative project brings together the realms of design, technology, and marketing in crafting an unparalleled hospitality experience in the heart of SVOLVAER.
Unveiling Unique Dimensions:
With a canvas as mesmerizing as the Norway's landscape, the task at hand was to weave a tapestry of interior and exterior 3D visualizations. Over 20 meticulously crafted visualizations transport viewers into the heart of a hotel that promises to redefine luxury and comfort. The project's pinnacle, however, lay in the creation of 4K-quality animated 3D videos, skillfully interweaving people, ambiance, and marketing essence.
A Strategic Oasis:
Nestled just meters away from the waterfront and in close proximity to the bustling marina, renowned eateries, and city center, the hotel stands as a strategic gem within SVOLVAER. An architectural marvel, this establishment is poised to amplify the region's tourism industry, enhancing SVOLVAER's appeal within the enchanting backdrop of the Lofoten Islands.
An Architectural Symphony:
At the heart of the hotel's design is a visionary concept - an invitation for guests to journey "inside and upward." This theme intertwines the city's historic Westfjord Gate with the waterfront and the sea, resulting in a harmonious architectural symphony. The design seamlessly integrates open-air spaces, including a restaurant, bar, café, and accessible living areas on the ground floor, fostering a sense of inclusivity and vibrant community.
Elevating Experiences:
Spanning across multiple floors, the project takes guests on an architectural voyage, ascending to a rejuvenating rooftop zone where the Northern Lights dance above the horizon, accompanied by the mesmerizing vistas of the pool. Atop the tenth floor, a panoramic restaurant with an open terrace offers sweeping vistas that rival those seen only from mountain peaks. With a total area of just under 14,000 square meters BTA, the project delivers a harmonious blend of space and sophistication.
